Before you book
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

1) at the Airport,
The Driver will be waiting at the arrival gate with your name displayed
2) at the hotel,
The Driver will be waiting at the lobby with your name displayed
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

The booking confirmed and the paiement re confirmed, we will provide you an emergency phone number and the drivers informations (name, phones, vehicle numbers)
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes, depending on availability
- How do I pay for my transfer?

After your request,
We will shortly confirm by email the vehicle(s) availability and price,
Followed by an e-mail invoice from paypal including a link to the secured official Paypal gateway (no account required),
A) Please note that our due date is 40 days before transfer date, pass this delay the vehicles will be released,
B) For short time request (withing the 40 days) an immediate payement will be required.

- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

However extra cost may apply depending on length of the stop and the vehicle size,
