The New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido will this year 2017 proceed of a large renovation and extension,
that will cause a terrible upheaval for arrival and departure users, particularly for thoses which requested a private transfer from / to the airport,
The sheduled renovations and extension,will directly impact the number of taxi and bus allowance in front of the entrance of each Terminal, One of the direct consequences is the impossibility for drivers to welcome their guest directly at the gates, a situation which may bring more stress and confusion to new comers, left by their own in the chaos.
This is why we are launching the :

Our meet and greet service is :
– a welcome board at your arrival gate,
– a direct local phone number to assist you on spot,
– a multilingual service : French, English, Japanese
– we are monitoring your flight and will assist you in case of cancelation* (we will contact your drivers and hotel )
